Vehicle Donations

Catholic Charities accepts vehicles of all conditions and types through its partner, CARS (Charitable Adult Rides and Services) . Your vehicle will be towed at no cost to you, and proceeds are given directly to Catholic Charities.

Vehicle donations are a great way to support our mission. They are tax-deductible, and you could reduce your taxable income when taxes are itemized. 

If a vehicle is in good driving condition and in need of no major repairs, we can accept the vehicle, after evaluating the condition, and potentially align your donation with a client in need. Car recipients have a valid DL, obtain insurance and have a history with a case manager here who helps them determine if they can handle the responsibility/expenses of a vehicle. If a vehicle is not running or need major repair, you can still turn your old car into a meaningful donation. Through our partnership with CARS (Charitable Adult Rides and Services) you may donate your vehicle in any condition and from any location.
