Immigration Legal Services wants to keep our clients up to date with the latest information about any closures at USCIS, consulates, and immigration court, as well as how your case may be impacted. We know that our clients have important deadlines that do not disappear, even with COVID-19 public health concerns.
ILS has implemented a preparedness plan to ensure that we continue to provide our existing clients quality immigration legal services, while also being responsive to the COVID-19 threat. Our preparedness plan includes some of the following modifications:

Immigration Legal Services Program
Immigration Legal Services focuses on providing quality direct legal services to low-income immigrants and their families. Through our services, we aim to strengthen individuals and families through family reunification and to advance clients' sense of security and well-being through the attainment of legal status.
Our Eligibility Requirements
Our services are available to individuals with verifiable low income. We are unable to assist individuals detained removal proceedings and individuals serving prison sentences at this time.
Any individual who does not meet the above requirements or who requests assistance that is outside our scope of services will be referred to a private immigration attorney.
