Case Manager – Family Support Services 

The Case Manager counsels and aids at-risk individuals and/or families requiring one or more forms of psycho-social services; interviews clients experiencing problems with personal and family adjustments, finances, employment, food, housing, physical and mental impairments, and/or similar areas; secures and evaluates applicable related information; refers clients to community resources and other organizations. Qualified candidates should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field as well at least three years of case management experience. Fluency in Spanish is preferred. Assistant Director of Sanctuary Women’s Development Center

 The Sanctuary Women’s Development Center (SWDC) Assistant Director is responsible for the supervision, safety, and care of daily clients, including managing and monitoring day to day needs for care and implementing social/learning activities for adults and children. The Sanctuary Women’s Development Center (SWDC) Assistant Director also conducts case management services. Qualified candidates should have an advanced degree in social work or a human services related field, three to five years of experience in leadership positions, and skills in providing case management services.
