About the Immigration Legal Services Program  The Immigration Legal Services Program at Catholic Charities exists to provide information and legal services to low-income individuals and families who face obstacles to family unity and/or diminished personal, social, and economic opportunities as a result of their immigration status.

Who Is Eligible?  Persons who can verify their low-income status. Additional information is required when requesting services.

Who Is Not Eligible?  Prisoners/detainees who are serving prison sentences; Employment-based cases; Persons with a criminal record; Persons who exceed our income requirements.

Any applicant who does not meet the above requirements or requests services that are not within those provided by the Immigration Assistance Program will be referred to a private attorney that specializes in immigration law.

Legal Services  Attorneys are available to provide educational programs on immigration legal issues. We also provide the following services:

  • Consultation
  • Representation
  • Family Petitions/Registry
  • Political Asylum
  • Deportation/Removal Proceedings
  • Violence Against Women Act Petitions
  • Naturalization/Citizenship
  • Green Card Replacement
  • Victims of Human Trafficking/Crime
  • Education

These services are also provided via web cam in the Enid and Guymon Catholic Charities offices.

Appointments and Hours  Appointments are required. To schedule an appointment, please call or come by our office. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are closed from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. for lunch.
